Our oil is combination of predominantly frantoio and leccino fruit, cold-pressed and first pressed hours after picking to ensure the highest quality and preserving the fruity and peppery notes from these varieties. Harvested in 2023, it's as fresh as it gets and comes straight from the olive groves of Bannockburn and Cromwell. Perfect for cooking, drizzling, and dipping, our oil is a versatile addition to any dish.
